Patient queries

We understand that our patients may need to make contact with their doctor or need to ask for advice in between planned appointments. If you would like advice or wish to share information with your doctor please use the link below. If you have lots of additional questions, or your query requires further clinical assessment, the clinician may suggest scheduling a follow-up consultation to address these queries with you in detail. Information is passed to your doctor and we will try to respond as soon as possible, please allow 5 working days for a reply.

Email responses incur a £35 per email fee and you will receive an invoice when the doctor has responded.


Request a new prescription

If you are an existing patient at Oxford Menopause and would like to request a new private prescription from your doctor please use the link below. Private prescriptions incur a £35 administration fee and you will receive an invoice once your request has been completed. Private prescriptions are not repeats and you need to request a new prescription before placing your order with either The Independent Pharmacy or Pharmacierge.

Please note prescription requests may take up to three working days to be processed.
