Oxford Menopause is a private clinic that charges a fee for its services.
Oxford Menopause is hosted by Woodlands Medical Centre, Didcot and abides by the policies and protocols of Woodlands Medical Centre, please use the link below to view those policies.
Fees for consultations must be paid in full ahead of the consultation (either online, over the telephone or via BACS transfer).
We aim to help as many women as possible with specialist menopause advice and support, as a result we are sure you can understand the need to have a cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend an appointment we would appreciate you giving as much notice as possible. We will facilitate cancellation or rescheduling of any appointments without a charge, up to 7 working days prior to your planned consultation. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 7 working days prior to the consultation date will occur a 100% cancellation fee.
Additional fees incurred during/following consultations (e.g. blood tests, letters, prescription charges) must be paid in full immediately following the consultation.
Oxford Menopause does not provide an out of hours or emergency medical service.
Healthcare is a shared responsibility. You have a duty to report to Oxford Menopause and other healthcare professionals caring for you, accurate and complete information to the best of your knowledge about: present complaints, past illness, hospitalisations, medications, unexpected changes in condition and other matters relating to your health.
Oxford Menopause reserves the right to refuse access to their service.
Oxford Menopause has zero tolerance for any violent, threatening or abusive behaviour.
